The Project

Alan played club hockey at RIC way back in the day. After attending an alumni game and putting up a shutout (for the first period, anyway), Alan got to work getting the team site relevant again.

An ever-rotating cast of officers is the trouble with maintaining websites for organizations like club teams. Games are played up to 3 times a week: that's a lot of content for unpaid volunteers to keep track of.

So we decided to hook the website up to a tumblr account to make it supereasy for any player to update game results and schedule information. It also introduces them to a new audience and a way to share content and interact with their fans.
